Important Workbook Update: August 2021

CITB made some changes to how electronic workbooks are distributed. You no longer need to complete the candidate declaration in your joining instruction email to access your workbook (our team are working to update this process).

Our new steps

An email will be sent to the course attendee a day or two before the course start date from HSE Publications containing instructions to activate the book subscription.

1. You will receive an email from the HSE Publications containing instructions and a link to click that takes you to a page to activate your book subscription. All the compulsory fields on that page are pre-filled, but you can optionally enter your first name and surname.
2. When you submit your voucher code activation form, the system creates an account for you. You will get an email containing details of what to do to access the subscription account and the book(s) it contains – along with your initial password and username (username is just your email address). This email is ALSO shown on screen with an option to print it out.
3. If you already have an account, it adds your subscription to the existing account. You will get a confirmation email telling you the new subscription was successfully added.

The voucher code can only be redeemed by you and your email.

Please activate your book subscription before the course start time so as not to delay the start of the course.
