The S009 PIA Pole Stepping on Congested Poles course covers the following.

  • A questionnaire and practical assessment aimed to test delegates' knowledge and ability to increase space in the upper pole envelope by moving the top bass step downwards in line with current PIA terms and conditions, and also to understand the new upper envelope of space and its measurements.

Entry Requirements

To be able to attend and complete the S008 PIA Overhead Cable Installation course, you will need to have previously completed and hold both SA001 Overhead Safety and S008 PIA Overhead Cable Installation certificates.
