We do not allow you to complete this training course on a mobile phone. We recommend a computer or laptop or as a bear minimum you will be allowed to use a tablet, but this is not recommended. This is because a larger screen will allow you to interact with the group and activities meaningfully, and follow the trainer and resources more accurately.

If you do not have access to a device other than a smart phone, a classroom course may be a better alternative for you. Contact one of our team using the online chat, by phone (0800 0213 263) or email us to discuss what your options are.

What’s the difference between virtual and elearning?

Elearning courses are made up of course materials that you read, listen to and watch. Our virtual courses are more like classroom courses except you are viewing your tutor and the presentation on your screen. You learn alongside other delegates, take part in group activities and discussions, share stories and situations from your workplace and get advice from your tutor and classmates.

Elearning you learn at your own pace, choosing to do it all at once, an hour at a time however you like, virtual courses have set times just like a classroom course.
