Have you ever thought of becoming a trainer or wanted to train others within your organisation? Don’t quite have all the skills you need to deliver your training subject? On this 2 day City and Guilds Train the Trainer course you will learn all the required skills to deliver your training course is an effective way.
Course Content
The course content is as follows;
Day 1
Background and Theory – Characteristics of a good trainer, learning styles and preferences, learning objectives and outcomes, feedback and assessments.
Designing a Session – Mindmapping, planning, timing for perfection, designing and using resources effectively, design a 15 minute session.
Day 2
Developing Trainer Skills – Delivery of a 15 minute session, peer & personal / public coaching, hints and tips, self evaluation and action planning.
City & Guilds Assessment – This is a multiple choice quiz and an observation (by the course tutor) of the participants’ delivered session, on which they will receive formal feedback.
We have a public Train the Trainer course running in Basildon, Essex on the 18th and 23rd September. The September course has a special offer running the normal price is £495 but we are offering this course for £445+ VAT this price includes the course materials and certification.
