ILM level 3 leadership and management open programme at Basildon completed early 2015.
Mark recently moved into a new role within the NHS, the new role had him managing more experienced staff and colleagues. He requested Leadership and Management training to help improve his ability to perform his new role and get the most out of staff that may see him as inexperienced.
