ILM accredited Level 2 Team Leading Course
The ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) Level 2 Award in Team Leading gives practising or potential team leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role. It is an ideal programme for those in their first position as a team leader/supervisor.
The course consists of three workshops and covers all the key skills and techniques required to make you a successful an effective team leader. The training is practical and will give you a solid foundation in your formal development as a team leader. This programme is ideal if you are a new team leader or supervisor seeking a professional qualification.
Key areas covered in the course are developing yourself as team leader; motivating the work team and dealing with change in the workplace.
ILM Qualifications are designed to improve your performance in the organisation through their strong focus on your specific job role. Upon successful completion of the three-day programme, participants will be awarded the ILM Level 2 Award in Team Leading.
Our next ILM Level 2 training course for team leaders is open to individuals and will be located in Benfleet, Essex and run one day every other week starting 7th June, 26th June & 10th July. The cost is £650 plus VAT.
