IOSH Managing Safely

Health and safety should be at the core of any manager’s job role and the IOSH Managing Safely course is designed to portray this. The course is created for those with a managerial/supervisor role from any sector, as the IOSH Managing Safely course shows delegates how to assess risks, identify hazards and investigate health and safety breaches. The course also demonstrates the legal responsibility managers have to their staff.

While the course can be offered over a duration of four days, there is the opportunity to take the IOSH Managing Safely course over three days which also means a smaller sized class is available.


IOSH Managing Safely Refresher

Health and safety changes all the time. Something which may have been considered as correct two years ago, might be a bit different now. The IOSH Managing Safely Refresher course is a one day course to refresh your knowledge and skills with everything you’d learnt from the IOSH Managing Safely course. It is recommended the refresher version of this is course is undergone once every three years.

The course not only refreshes your existing knowledge, but it also provides updates on health and safety changes and looks to the future as well.


IOSH Working Safely

The IOSH Working Safely course is for one day only where working safely, identifying hazards, working with management to improve health and safety is covered and it is often used as part of induction training for many new starts. It also provides a clear pathway to receive a CSCS card too.
