This two day course will help you to understand the need for innovation and change management within an organisation by explaining the importance of innovation and the need for managing change within your own organisation.

It will enable you to propose innovative solutions to improve organisational performance, including assessing opportunities for innovation, ranges of techniques to generate innovative options and evaluate options for proposed improvement to determine feasibility and viability.

Course Details

This two day course will help you to understand the need for innovation and change management within an organisation by explaining the importance of innovation and the need for managing change within your own organisation.

It will enable you to propose innovative solutions to improve organisational performance, including assessing opportunities for innovation, ranges of techniques to generate innovative options and evaluate options for proposed improvement to determine feasibility and viability.

You will also learn how to lead and manage change within the organisation but creating a change management plan and ways to implement the change management plan and monitor progress against agreed targets.

Who Should Attend

This course is ideal for middle managers to give you the ability to understand the requirement for innovation and change in the workplace.
There are no pre-requisites for this course

Qualification

In house certification
You can complete this unit as an ILM unit qualification for an additional £155+VAT per person. You will be required to complete and pass a work based assignment in order to obtain the qualification.

Essex Training Centre

Our brand new training centre in Basildon is a short ride from train stations on the Liverpool Street line and the Fenchurch Street C2C line. Free parking is available on a side road a 1 minute walk from the centre, we have indoor facilities to store a bike if you choose to cycle to us.
The lunch provided at our Essex centre is made fresh the day of the course by a local catering company sandwiches, fruit and cakes are provided. Throughout the day biscuits, tea, coffee, fruit drinks, and other refreshments will be available.
If you need to stay in the area during your course we can find you a convenient hotel, and often you can use our company discount.
